The American Savings and Loan Corporation made application for federalization and the name was changed to First Federal Savings and Loan Association of McMinnville. |

The Association was granted a certificate of insurance and became an insured institution through the FSLIC. |
1937 |
First Federal Savings and Loan Association of McMinnville received its charter. |
1972 |
The Newberg branch was established at 513 E. Hancock Street. |
1973 |
The Sheridan branch was opened at 229 Bridge Street. The branch quickly outgrew the space. |
1975 |
The McMinnville Home Office was originally located on the corner of Third and Evans when it moved to the present location at 118 NE Third Street. |
1978 |
The Sheridan branch was moved to the current location at 246 Bridge Street. |
1980 |
Amity and Carlton branches established. The Carlton branch was opened at the current location of 335 W Madison Street. The Amity branch was opened at the current location of 110 Maddox Street. |

The Newberg branch was relocated to the current location at 121 N Edwards Street |

Friendsview branch established in Newberg's Friendsview Retirement Community |
